Like what you see? You can apply to become an approved broker for National Mortgage Alliance today. Just download and complete the broker application below, and submit it for quick review and approval. Generally, we can provide approval for new brokers within two business days of receiving a completed broker application package.

Broker Requirements Requirements for NMA approved wholesale brokers include: Proper state licensing to originate residential mortgage loans. Three business references. Acceptable credit history as well as a background check.

When you are ready to submit your application, you will need:

• Completed Wholesale Application and Wholesale Agreement

• Resume(s) of all Owners and Managers in your organization

• Mortgage License(s) and Business License(s) for the home office and branches in approved states.

• Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization, if applicable

• Corporate Resolution acknowledging signature authority

• Evidence of Errors and Omissions Insurance / Fidelity Bond, if available
